Well OK....IM not scared of sharing my weight. Earlier this year I weighed in at a solid 108 pounds at 5 feet even. (lol) I was taking these diet pills that were so obviously bad for me, but they curbed my appetite and I hardly ever ate. I was slowly but surely still loosing weight. Well, luckily for me (I'm still really debating this) they stopped selling my diet pills in the State of FL. (long story - full of ephedrine - blah blah blah) and I was back to being hungry like normal people. SO...I put on 10 pounds. Now ok...some of you are thinking....whaa whaa only 10 pounds. well let me assure you....10 pounds on a 5 foot body is ALOT. SO I started running again and I'm trying to lose the weight and tone up the healthy way. It's been a hard struggle. Leanring to control my appetite again has been really hard - as I went 3 years without ever having an appetite. SOOOOOOO........here is my summary....

I'm 5 feet tall
Currently about 118
Goal to lose 10-15 pounds.

I'm not doing it for anyone else besides myself. Infact all of my friends tell me I look alot better. (considering alot of my friends are over-weight - i doubt their intentions sometimes - but love them none the less). Anyways....thats my goal. It will NOT take me all year to accomplish this. I'm hoping that by march I'll have this thing conquered. Now ask me again in March LMAO

I'm currently 132 pounds, it wouldn't hurt for me to lose a stone but I must admit I've gotten used to being curvy and quite like the fuller figure (at least when I turn sideways there's no mistaking me for a boy )... so if I do lose any weight I would consider it a side-effect of my New Year's resolution in getting fit.

I dragged my daughter this evening to an exercise class... they say the first step is the hardest now I've taken it I'm going to explore what else they have to offer at the gym in the village.

^^^^ Curvy with a bit of extra weight is a turn on for me...
Nothing worse than the skinny "catwalk" look most models try to be.
I think the word I'm looking for is "Voluptuous"

OK - I'm 5'11" so I can usually get away with carrying a few extra pounds... but after all of the holiday eating I weighed in at 153 lbs. this morning.
So I hit the gym today for a good work-out. I just need to firm up, but with this statement I am making a commitment to do some type of exercise every day.

I have been talking to Kellie about her new elliptical machine. I think it'd be a lot easier if I had a machine right here at home.
I absolutely love working out on the elliptical! It's low-impact, and gives a great upper and lower body cardio work-out.

the first weigh in of the new year for me was ok....the last of the hoilday leftovers are gone and i didnt gain any extra weight.

still at 232 but not for long.
