Well, I bought an elliptical, and I am determined to lose 20lbs!

130 might not sound like much but i am 5'1 and look about 4 or 5 monthes prego...not a pretty site. i don't have new years resolution but i would like to lose 15 pounds b4 my wedding! my plan is no more twinkies and no more second bowl of raison bran and cutting back on my daily coca cola intake!

i don't have much hope for myself..but i wish the rest of u the best of luck with ur resolutions!

Actually that second bowl of raisin bran is good for you if you are still hungry... always satisfy your hunger with carbohydrates, and so obviously high in fibre

I learned a very long time ago to love me for me!!! I would not mind losing 20-30 lbs tops.. but for the most part I just want to tone up, I had been sick for way too long and I need to firm up but its sooooooooooooooooooooo hard!!!! but as of the the first I am stopping smoking and forcing myself to eat actual food other than english muffins!!! Im going to my heart and soul into becoming the best me I can be!
