Unfortunately there are only remedies to ease symptoms and your pharmacist is best qualified to tell you what's available in your part of the world. But a rule of thumb is plenty of fluids, plenty of rest (men do that part sooooo well ) and paracetamol to take down fever and kill pain. (Tylenol to the Americans... not sure what you Aussies have).


Oh and plenty of tissues cos I'm sure that nose will run when it eventually becomes unblocked

thanks Michelle, i got plenty of tissues, looks like a tissue box has exploded in my house

i have been to the chemist and they gave me day/night pills, they do ok but its just this blocked ear that is pissing me off

I'm fighting bronchitis almost pnemonia. While wheezing, my oxygen level was at 150 now after inhalers it's at 200. But needs to be at 300.

from 6 days fighting a fever of 101. that will not break. Yesterday and today first day without a fever, yay. I'm still not out of woods. I may need another breathing treatment.
