New Harrington Book - On-line Cash games 6 hand max - No Limit

Awesome book.. Well worth the money to buy. (has paid for itself already, and I'm only in a few chapters).
Will post some tips- Ideas from the book that make sense as and when I come to them.

    # 1. "In a multiway pot, the general rule of thumb is the size of the bet will generally match the strength of the hand"

Not the best book if you don't play cash games Ezzz. There are many good books for sng/tournament play however, "Kill Everyone" is a very interesting read.. But the Harrington books are overall my favourites

Maybe that IS the book for me!! I generally suck at cash games. So probably where I need the most work.

Stage # 2 in the book... "Table selection and seating". although written for cash games, the message applies equally to tournament play as well.
In short.. "Worry about the player to your immediate right and the player to your immediate left". You have position (at a 6 max table) over the player to your immediate right 5 times out of 6 deals.. so you want a loose player with a largish stack on your right. the player on your left you want to be shorter stacked and tighter because he has position over you 5 times out of 6... Money ( or chips) move clockwise so there is the logic....
So in the broadcast game tonight I was in a terrible position at the final table... Not 1, but 2 large stacks, one TAG and one more of a LAG, are both to my left... So I'm damned if I do and Damned if I don't..
Not unhappy with my push that KO'd me, given the state of the blinds and antes, such is poker
