    I made a 5lb lasagna (to feed 2 households)
    and 1 3lb meatloaf with mashed potato top
    and 1 3lb southwest meatloaf with colby/jack cheese

    I had to prepare enough food to last through the weekend for 2 houses while my mom is resting.
    LIFE IS GOOD!
