    Lamb's hearts

    Just eaten a lambs heart - trying to work out why it so0 nmuch tastier than ox heart. When ox liver so much tastier, ox kidney so more powerful(but I prefer lambs kidney. I expect it's because lambs run around and exercise their heart more. Anyone else got an opinion?

    had lambs liver tonight-was nice but prefer pigs or ox or even chicken liver
