However, if it were possible I would prepare you both a wide, varied balanced array of high quality and interestingly tasty dishes.

In all honesty, my specialty is Japanese food - I hope you like it

We have a large and diverse community, spanning many nationalities, so some interesting reading could be had.
The recipes may even be typical and popular of the region you may live in. Example southern USA, or Asian- Whatever.

Take one whole chicken and cut it into quarters.
Place in a deepish baking tray, and add I tetrapak carton of chicken stock, some dry white wine, garlic, capers and olives.
Spinkle over the mix some basil, and sweet paprika, salt and ground pepper.
Cover with foil and bake in the oven for approx 1 and 1/2 hours on 200 Deg C.
The chicken can be "overcooked" slightly because the amount of fluid in the recipe keeps it nice and moist.

For the last 15-20 minutes, reduce the heat slightly and oncover the foil.

Serve with some steamed vegetables, (Carrots, beans, Broccili whatever your fancy)

you will need 6 large chicken pieces 2 Litres of coke and a packet of french onion soup
put the chicken in a electric fry pan with enough coke to cover to at least half way over the chicken, sprinkle the onion soup over and simmer for about 2 hours adding coke as it cooks so it doesnt dry out, serve with fresh veges or steamed rice.

Ok ok i can hear you all saying ewwww but its delish as the coke cooks down it turns into a sauce it tastes very similar to sweet and sour chicken but you wont know until you try it so dont knock it till you have B]
