Everyone who enjoys the Tour de France will salute Cadel Evans- he deserved to win it (OK he's still got to ride today but only about 100 miles and mainly flat- be a doddle)

I've watched a bit of the Tour. It's been enjoyable. Cadel Evans raced his ass off yesterday in that time trial to take it down.

The weird part is that the race isn't over. They still have another stage today.

I don't understand that. If there's a race, and a chance for Andy Schleck to make up the time, I don't see why he wouldn't give it a shot. Yes, he's down by over a minute, but if it was only like 10 seconds, I would be riding my legs off trying to make that up on the last day.

It was like the controversy last year with the derailed chain in the mountains. What the fuck, it's a race, the other guy broke, beat his ass and take off.

It's like a race of 3 parts-the trial yesterday- the mountains and stages for sprinters. They work in teams and if Schlek's team went faster-Evans and the rest would go with them. The team members do the grind and the 'stars' sit in slipstreams)The finish will be good cos the green jersey still up for grabs....naah Cav will win it but poss he can get caught.
