Let's reprioritize the spending and eliminate some of these programs/agencies/departments that weren't there during the FDR years, like the Dept. of Education for one, which is redundant and spends $100B a year, just to get started

Anyway I'm on about training the unemployed (not the unemployable ie aged/ill/sick/diseased) ... those who won't take up a new skill to learn and to be part of the working system do not get "benefits".
