Probably after QE3 kicks into high gear. Bread will be $8 a loaf, milk will be $7 a gallon, coffee jumps to $12 a pound, and gas will climb to $7 a gallon. By that time the official unemployment rate will be over 10% and real unemployment will be close to 20%. Then the TRUE spending cuts are going to start happening. Hmm don't know what you've been reading but isn't why it has escalated in to riots. It started as a peaceful protest because a black guy was shot by the police. He was an alleged drug dealer but the black community are now very angry, claiming racism and that the police officer fired the gun illegally. Please remember that our laws are different to America's and there is an investigation underway. His death sparked a lot of anger claiming the guy was innocent. A lot of youths have jumped on the bandwagon purely because they have realised they can do what they like and are getting away with it. Basically causing a riot for the sake of it.

They haven't even had time for investigation but things like 'If he was holding a gun, it was probably an imitation' and 'He got shot in the chest -yet he was holding the gun in hand'.
Yeah our Government was left a mess by the old one BUT yet to meet anyone who agreed that cutting down on the police and armed forces were the answer- We have a PR man in control.
