Apparently Al Qaeda has decided to call its Islamic Uyghur brothers to arms and to launch a holy war against the Chinese government:

As far as allies via common enemy go, I'll take China every time! Something tells me that the members of the Chinese military can pretty much use ANY interrogation technique they so desire without too many of their countrymen complaining about it. Probably because their miltary has no official guidelines on human rights and the Chinese citizens would be executed if they complained about it.

It would be interesting. Specially cause the Uyghurs don't look different than the rest of the Chinese population. But as I say it will be interesting and the price of organs will drop due to all the Uyghurs being executed in state prison. So that trip to India for cheap medical will get even cheaper.
