Dick Cheney may have indeed THOUGHT he was running things, but the man clearly, I mean CLEARLY, had delusions
Chaney's heart was having so much trouble delivering blood to his brain, he was likely just lucid dreaming..but during W's first run, the guy was one of the more believable liars in politics
And I do remember something being said about him being a Washington string pulling insider, power broker, that was actually in a office, not just working the elected puppets from behind the scenes...
And I bet he gave great stock tips.......buy Halliburton!!!
