Unions protesting the Special Olympics

How fucking stupid are these assholes?

At a special event held to honor a group of Special Olympians, a bunch of fucked up Pro-Union assholes decided that it was appropriate to disrupt the event. The intent was to protest Governor Scott Walker. The effect was to look like self-centered, selfish, idiots that care for nothing but THEIR agenda.

This borders on Westboro Baptist Church like behavior. They actually walked in front of the Special Olympians and blocked their view of the speech that the Governor was giving.

I tried to find some raw video, but it hasn't been posted yet. If you don't want to listen to the commentary, turn the volume down.

For those of you out there who call democrats intolerant of others ... NY, is a classic example of a shit starter. Why don't you go after something that matters like why the top executives of Big Oil have received huge bonus's ...

These people in the unions have the right to protest anywhere they want, and they exercised that right....

But it sure does show the fuckin idiotic mentality of state employee tit suckers...no wonder union support is at an all time low!

Never can you acknowledge "yeah that is pretty petty" especially when you Libs are supposed to be all in support of special needs people, here is the Governor trying to give them some props, and the union dickheads gotta mess it up. They have been protesting plenty, everyone gets their message . . . in democracy others get to get their message through too.

And for your off topic question, it is because they run corporations that make large profits. But take that argument back to your oil price thread, please. Come up with something on topic instead of running away from what is an obvious embarrassment for anyone on the left

It's my understanding that the zombied protestors were students protesting the new voting ID card law. Obviously there appeared to be some union protestors there in the background with signage, but they were not the ones who were outrageous enough to get between the governor and the special Olympians, so your post and the video and the current rash of blogs and postings aren't really portraying the truth of the situation.

ok did a double take . . . the video doesn't put it on the unions, and the t-shirts say they are the student protesters, so Paul . . . .

Wait just a minute. Look at the video again. They may not put it on the unions, but they do not put it on the students either. I personally think it was delivered to appear to be pro-union protestors. It has obviously had that affect as this video is all over the net and on blogs with "shame on union protestors."
