Am I the only one tired of being told I should be scared?

I’ve had it with this swine flu crap. I don’t know anyone with the flu, swine or regular. This includes all of my family members.

Yet all I hear about is the “FLU”. Common, let’s really get scared ... bring back the color coded terrorist alerts.

I refuse to get the "shot" fuck the assholes and their lies told in order to get you scared and buy their shot or nasal spray. 30 to 40 bucks or your kids can't go to school ... what a fuckin joke.

I'm not planning on getting the swine shot either. I'll let others be guinea pigs for the first year. A few people at my work have had the n1h1. It's spread through the schools pretty fast here. Most seem to get over it pretty easily. When my concerns for my daughter started to quell. A 6yr old boy died recently here in MN from it.

So I'm still somewhat nervous. More for my daughter than myself.

The swine flu is way less dangerous but it apparently follows really uncommon patterns which is why everyone is so interested in it. I think it has received a lot of undeserved press attention and unnecessarily filled up our already overworked emergency rooms with morons that get the sniffles and panic.

Also, this is what you get for having sex with pigs.

You felt shitter than shitless ... Hummm ... anyway when I had the flu a few years ago (the normal flu) I just slept alot, drank plenty of fluids and had the squirts from both ends ..

I work in a hospital and have had colleagues go off work with swine flu. They have said they felt really bad with it, actually saying "I thought i was going to die". Maybe a bit extreme

but i guess if you haven't had it, you can't really judge.

I would be more concernedabout my daughter getting it than me.
