I personally think that she had every right to say what she did during the miss U.S.A pegeant, and don't think she deserves all the flack she's been getting for doing so. However, since then she hasn't been fulfilling her role as Miss California, has broken some of their rules, and lied on her pageant application by saying that she'd never possed for any "provocative" photos(see below).

If I lied on a job application, was successful in getting the job and at a later date was found out, I could be sacked immediately... so guess where my opinion lies
As for the rest of the stuff... her opinion: she's entitled to it (but those in the public should learn tact on how to express personal opinions). and not doing her duties: should carry a warning of dismissal.

As far as what she said, absolutely not. She is entitled to her opinion. She wasn't harsh or rude when delivering those words either.
As far as her lying, that was wrong. However, the photos don't hold any weight to her abilities to do her job, so a small reprimand should be given with an agreement that photos of that nature don't need to be made again.

I agree, the photos aren't that bad. However, there's a specific question on the aplication for the pageant that asks if you'd ever posed for any photos like these, and she answered no. On top of that, when the first one came out, she said it was the only one taken, then a day or so later the second one came out.
That said, this so called "christian" is nothing more than a lying little tramp that's using this controversy to try forge some kind of career.
She "claims" that these pics were taken when she was 17. Which is under age in the first place, and posing topless at that age should be deemed "child porn"(just my oppinion). Yet many believe that these pics were taken after she got her boob job(paid for by the Miss California pageant association), which means that she'd have lied again.
Either way this chick has her priorities and her convictions all out of wack and needs to be taught a lesson. She seems to me like a little priss that's gotten her way all of her life because of her looks, and now she needs a dose of reality.

She seems more interested in herself than the state she "supposedly" represents. If she's not going to do the things that she agreed to do as Miss California maybe she should do the "Christian" thing and resign. That way someone that trully wants to do the job will have a chance to do so.
