Move to Topeka KS and you can legally beat your wife ... In order to save 10% of the city budget they will no longer arrest or jail people for domestic violence.

Since Sept. 8th 30 cases have been dropped and 16 people released from jail. I guess locking up those mean nasty pot smokers is more important than ...... arresting and jailing people who do this.

This is one example of stupid right wing budget cutters better Ideas.

When ever did a liberal support women and child abuse .. Anyway i just show the decline in America and rightwinged values when domestic violence is decriminalized and pot smoking isn't.

just curious...in this world of equality, why is domestic abuse treated any differently than any other assault? i'm guessing every law that designates some protected class increases costs. just enforce laws the same for everyone.
