It is going to happen no matter what so the smart thing to do is to legalize it so the Girls (and Guys) are at least not on the streets and there is some regulation. It is legal in Nye county and there are several brothels there. All of the girls are given regular check up's and monthly tests for VD.
Girls get arrested here all the time for it. Honestly, they should be, cause they look fucking NAS-TY! No telling what diseases those stupid nasty toothless girls (at least here) are carrying around. Now, they might be hot in other places. Here.... not so much. Legalize it where they are hot and clean. Clean being they have to be tested and show proof of being clean. If they have papers that show an up-to-date STD test...... then have at it. Be a naughty little bunny.....

The only justification for making prostitution illegal is if it harms society. In some instances it does...that's all the more reason to legalize and regulate it. The legal brothels in Nevada seem not to have many problems. Areas where it is illegal are where the problems are.
Oh, and does it really matter if a prostitute's money feeds a crack habit or goes to pay for college?? Not so long as it is her choice.

Should be legalized, Prostitution when done in a settng is not harmul to women, no less then working in a bar. You simple Porn is the same form of prostustion, just looked at the whole affair in a different.
When Prostutuion is regulated, girls tested each week/or Month and given their "Medical Clear Hooker Card" Street pimps will be a think of the past, as being legal gives more power to the worman. She now can accept what job's she wants, ability to say "hell" no. What a hooker does with her money, is her own choice. I see many nurses, teachers, power line men, and every walks of like get into that crack habit. So its' no where near the few hookers that need to get cleaned up. Regulated, would have paid bouncers in the area, to insure the girls safety. System works very well in Germany.
In Amsterdam the girls are regulated and interviewed - they have to prove they are 18 or over and they have not been coerced into it. They put their displays on show in the "shop" window(they have bikinis on or the such like) and close the curtains when otherwise engaged. It certainly didn't seem seedy.

^^^ Same in Brussels, In UK we have 'massage parlours' often(so I'm told) the front for brothels, at least the girls can work in a safe environment.
