Bit disingenuous Frank, I went to site - it stated Obama has so far kept 108 of the 500+ promises he made. OK plenty in the pipeline that could go either way but so far his success rate is just over 20% the compromised(so he didn't deliver what he promised-the broken promises and the stalled ie he's unable to carry them out) adds up to 136 promises he hasn't kept. Stop trying to manipulate statistics!
