    Obama Returns Nobel Peace Prize

From Times Online April 7, 2010

Obama targets US citizen for 'kill or capture
Anwar al-Awlaki has been approved for targeted killing. The Obama Administration has authorised the targeted killing of an American citizen in what is believed to be an unprecedented move in the War against Terror.

According to US media reports, the radical Muslim cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, who has been linked to last November's attack on Fort Hood, Texas, and the failed Christmas day airline bomb plot, has been approved for capture or killing.
Well I don't think he has done so yet but only a matter of time approving the assassination of someone without a trial.

The word on the Street is that Sarah Palin is going to be next on the list.

He didn't start this war, but he sure as hell is doing more to end it than the person that did start it!

Sorry Geoff, but as much as I dislike and disgree with Sarah Palin, there's already way to much talk about violence against politicians(even though she's not one anymore) here in the States. And not only do I not find it funny, I wouldn't wish any physical harm to come to Sarah, her family, or any other crazy, right-wing, teabager.

Frank, actually I agree with Obama on this, but he was the one who wanted to close Gitmo down and whinged about waterboarding. I bet if the fellow had the choice between waterboarding or death he'd choose waterboarding. Shows how naive Obama was when he made those silly pre-election promises which people believed.

The hate never ceases to amaze me. Opposing torture is "whinging"? I guess that must be a cross between whining and flying? Not sure. I would bet that if one were tortured enough, they would prefer death.

There was humiliation and waterboarding, I agree when they were locked in cages in Nam, the way some of the Allied troops were treated by the Japanese in World War 11, death may have been preferable . Nothing wrong with the word whinging, just because you have a lack of vocabulary doesn't mean you have to demonstrate your ignorance to the world.

I looked up whinging and learned a new word.

    whinge (hwnj, wnj)

intr.v. whinged, whing·ing, whing·es. Chiefly British, but can be used in American English.

To complain or protest, especially in an annoying or persistent manner.

[Dialectal alteration of Middle English whinsen, from Old English hwinsian.]

    whinger n.
    whinging·ly adv.

You do realize that "W" said he wanted to close Gitmo, and McCain said that the first thing he'd do if elected would be to close Gitmo and move them all to Levenworth right?
