Congress hasn't passed a budget since Obama's been in office, we are currently and still operating under continuing resolutions, the last CR was passed in March against Democratic opposition. You are reaching just a bit to try to lay this on the GOP, but regardless, blame is irrelevent.

Continue to play the party game, argue over blame vs credit, and we will continue to get what we get. Unless/until we quit trying to "win" and have a real discussion of issues without hyperbole, nothing will ever change.

I must have missed this, the raises were done through promotions ( he he ) from 17% to 86% or thats what the Drudge report said. Maybe some of the older people and veterans should get promoted like that. oops sorry, I forgot the elderly didn't not get a raise in two years, we can't over due it.
