    Education?

Obama: 8 years - Columbia University, Harvard Law School, Juris Doctor (J.D.) magna cum laude from Harvard.
Biden: 8 years - University of Delaware, Syracuse University, J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law

McCain: 3 years - Naval Academy, Rank (894 of 899)
Palin: 5 years - University of Idaho, communications-journalism

And to think George Bush had more education than both McCain AND Palin put together.

Yes, the 63% of America without college degrees can IDENTIFY with the undereducated McCain and Palin. And isn't THAT more important than being qualified?

Just for the record: In my experience one's educational level does not
necessarily make one more or less intelligent.

    I've known PHD's who I wouldn't trust leading a steering committee.

I have also met well read drop outs who are stunningly intelligent.

But I must admit: 894 of 899 does not bode well!

Just try and get a management job that pays well .. without a college education and regardless, if on a IQ test the non college educated person scores ..150 or better.

The more education you bring to your prospective employer the better chance of landing a good job. I'm a prospective employer of the president and the vp. I demand better than what McPalin brings as far as education....

I agree with you CC. I know MANY very intelligent people who are not well educated...
And Sarah Palin is obviously an intelligent woman! But she is so obviously not ready for the White House when someone like ME knows more about foreign policy than she does...
she didn't even know what the Bush Doctrine is! OMG! Probabaly doesn't know what the Monroe Doctrine is either... she must've missed that class...

Yeah... well to quote the Bible...

    Matthew 15:14:

If the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

Wow! If they're both working for you, who's going to run the country?
