A person who isn't racist doesn't need to prove their position on inequality, between groups of people because of their color or national origin.

Well perhaps instead of buying more machines than needed to do the same job in a core sample of 1000 people, the Canadians save money and have a lower cost of health care. Nothing would suggest that there is a higher overall case of wellness in the Canadian system. It does suggest unfairly that more Canadians are provided with long term health care than Americans.
