How to fight a Dictatorship?

Im not being funny but where I live the Head of state is unelected, the second house is unelected the Prime Minister was put in place by the Party, the soon to be President of Europe Bliar will of course be unelected.

We are run by unelected Quangos NGOs and unelected Authorities, we have signed up to a European Constitution which we had no vote on despite being promised one.

The only person I get to vote for anything is some stupid middle aged ginger woman who shops at Waitrose and sits at the back of the house of commons and nods her fucking head when she can be arsed to attend.

It doesn't sound like Democracy does it... so what should we do?

Hey funky for once I agree with you 100%. You could have added they steal money of the people then refuse point blank to pay it back!

Being American, I have no idea what you're talking about ... but that won't stop Me from adding My two cents for the purpose of reaffirming My feeling self important. So here goes...

That's nothing!!! At least no one's pulling the wool over your eyes...

Imagine being somewhere where they have two political parties... except they actually have MANY MANY more... but 95% of the population hasn't been educated by the government about those other voting options ... so 90% (minus the 5% that educated themselves) of the people think they have to vote for one party or the other, but what the vast majority of THOSE people don't understand is that both parties are backed by the SAME large corporations...

So at least you're basically told up front you have no choice... I'll take that over the ILLUSION of choice any day!!!

I mean if you're told you have no choice in political parties, then you have the choice of accepting it, bending over, and taking it, or getting really pissed off and fighting back against a government that has told you they're not interested in the affairs of most people...

SOME countries lead the majority of their people to believe that they have a choice, and that if their choice wins then everything will be OK if only the other side will get out of the way... Meanwhile, since both parties have the same backers the people are fooled into this cycle of ignorance and bitterness...

Boy, I'd really hate to live under a government like that...

Oh, wait... Er, nevermind.... Well, shit....

I suppose we COULD try armed revolt... Too bad we're not in a bar...

Have you guys ever noticed that most really good revolts start in a bar?

We have many parties but people are told they are wasting their vote if they dont vote for one of main parties ( and a few bits) The bic corporations here just fund the ones in power or likely to be in powernext election.

Were not the people of the UK made to turn in there firearms to a local registry? Then making the sport shooters and hunters sign out there guns to use them? I can't believe the people allowed that to happen. I also read the home invasion rate rose 80% after that law was implemented. I'll admit I was shocked when read Funkies post. Then Billy reconfirming the situation. Do you not have any Obama's that can TALK there way into office?

Possibly a few thousand of the below weapons could help?

Tony Blair talked his way into office, as funky said he now talking his way into presidency of Europe. Why do you think I don't trust Obama? Blair and him have loads of similarities- lawyers, good orators, good at promising things and not delivering and both got that fixed forced smile!

Im glad you agree Billy, its pretty obvious we only have an illusion of democracy because despite it being clear to SD we dont, many people here still believe we have a democratic system. I think its much the same in the states, just you get a different explanation.

And like Billy says they rob our tax money which is a good 50% after all the duties sales tax income tax NI road tax breathing tax etc.

So we don't live in a democratic system and we aren't free, unless working all your life to pay the man half what you earn is freedom, there's no opt out is there i mean you cant refuse to pay the man on the basis you don't want anything from him.

The only reason people defend it is because they are to scared to admit we are OWNED.

So whats the answer? its not going to be pretty is it?
