    Here we go again

US puts Syria dead at more than 2,000
Hillary Clinton has accused the Syrian government of killing more than 2,000 of its own citizens during its ongoing brutal crackdown against opposition protesters.
The US Secretary of State's comments came as the Obama administration moved to further isolate President Bashar Assad and his inner circle.

The administration is unhappy with Assad's actions in trying to quell the five-month-old uprising.

"We think, to date, the government is responsible for the deaths of more than 2,000 people of all ages," Mrs Clinton said, repeating the administration's position that "Assad has lost his legitimacy to govern the Syrian people."

She said the US would "continue to support the Syrians themselves in their efforts to begin a peaceful and orderly transition to democracy" and renewed calls for the international community to isolate Assad and his regime.

mrs Clinton's comments, made at a news conference with visiting Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird, came just hours after White House press secretary Jay Carney said Assad is "on his way out" and the administration hit a prominent pro-regime businessman and his firm with sanctions.
The warmonger wants to starts another fight.

    And America has the legitimacy?

America is not capable of handling Syria.

Our commanders can, our officers can, and our soldiers sure as hell can kick the living shit out of them.

However, the American people as a whole, and our Commander-in-chief are woefully unable to deal with the situation.

Going into Syria would not be a 'Hearts and Minds' campaign. It also wouldn't be a 'air-only' campaign. Both of those would be doomed for failure. The reason the UN is loathe to speak out against Syria is because they have been the most dangerous country in the Arab realm. Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Egypt, Libya and the rest are children with lollipops in comparison. And we haven't had much success against them.

If you want to take on Syria, be prepared to commit to the ugliness. Because winning without it is impossible. If you think the Liberals are screaming about the pansy dancing war we're trying to wage in the middle east right now, wait until you see them implode at what's going to be happening if we have to go into Syria.

If Obama has a single advisor that DOESN'T have his head up his ass, then he'll stay the fuck outta there. If not, well, it won't be pretty.

Oh it's VERY possible to win it.

It's just impossible to do it with the restrictions that have been placed upon our military.

It's also impossible for the 'rebels' within Syria to win. Assad will decimate his country and kill 1 out of 3 of every person living there before he would step down. His father bathed the country in blood to put down uprisings, and the son won't be any different.

Nope! You can't win it! Britian in their wisdom- decided to to lump a whole lot of tribes together and call it a country. You may beat one tribe-then another, by the time you beat the last one the first one is resurgent again-impossible to win.
