I always thought ACORN was a joke, it may have started out with good intentions, but became as corrupt as wall street in a hurry. If you're in it for the money, at least be like Beck and say so...lol.

LOL I'm not saying that they're perfect or without their fair share of corruption, but they did do A LOT of good for the underprivledged communities in the U.S.

Oh and btw, they may not be 100% "out of business" just yet.

Did a lot more good for themselves! Frank I do volunteer work with the underpriviliged, every volunteer/workers expenses are scrutinised down to the last penny. Why? because if anyone gives us money they know it won't be stolen or wasted. Maybe in America it's the norm to steal a few million but in UK despite seeing the politicians rip us off some people live by standards

For rational people, it goes without saying that Acorn did much more good then not.
