I just cannot get over the kind of deal our Justice Department is making with Group Bernard Tapei over the assets of Full Tilt Poker. What kind of deal maker sells a companies assets for $80 million and assumes their liability of $150 million? Where is the logic in such a deal?

don't tell me they couldn't get $150 million for the assets if they tried a little harder. I just can't for the life of me find an excuse for us to take such a bath on this deal. How has it benefited anyone?
