I 100% believe they are here. I also think they are here to help. I have seen a UFO, This was in the 70s. I was hitching to Arizona, and had camped out in the desert for the night. Was definatly a UFO...I didn't feel a bit scared...

CJ...are you sure that wasn't the effects of the windowpane you took earlier that evening?

I also think UFO's and other life is out there...but if they're smart enough to get here, I would think the only thing they could do is laugh.

My personal position on this subject has always been, it's not my experience, but I won't discount anyone else's. For the most part I believe they are experiencing something real, and that something real is being covered up.

    interesting is a good word.

i think there is a lot we don't understand about our physical world, and there are possibilities that we have not even imagined. if we share this "space" with other beings, i think it's more likely due to inter-dimensional travel than from travel through the vastness of space. if our perceptions of the world and universe are limited, who's to know what we can't "see"??

If they are here, hope they can help our politics, because politics are "out of this world"

NO ... Alpha Centauri is about 3.5 light years from earth so a sub-light trip would take about 3.5 plus years one way or 7 plus years RT. if they could double the speed of light (warp speed) they would still need 3.5 years to make the journy. That if Alpha did in fact have a higher intelligence than us earthlings.

SPOT ON! I'm a fan of quantum physics, and one of the theories they seem to be tossing around and agreeing on these days is that we are 3 dimensional creatures, and therefore are limited to our third dimension, well barring advances in our technology, and that our 3rd dimension is one among many others. My impression as of late is that these folks aren't "extraterrestrial" at all. They may be just as terrestrial as we are, simply in a different dimension. Perhaps a higher dimension, which makes us visible to them, but not them to us without special aides. I would bet there are creatures which only perceive 2 dimensions, that are unaware of us, but that we see everyday. Perhaps...

Yes of course there is other life in other parts of the universe, yes of course there are so many things we dont know and cant see! I thought the film got the most interesting around 1hr 18min when Dr Carol Rosin declared that its all a lie... first it will be the Russians, the same ones the US fed corn to BTW, then it will be Asteroids lol and terrorists then the final card (threat) will be Aliens... but REMEMBER its all a lie!!

I know people will laugh but as a ten year old I can remember a young very dapper dressed Dick Cheney (i think) appearing on BBC NationWide with Frank Bough (cocaine sniffing and stocking wearing fame) this was when Reagan wanted the star wars project and the neo cons were in the wings.. according to my memory and to much laughter he declared (this was the late 70's when i was just a kid) he declared forget nukes the biggest threat would be from people hijacking planes and using them as missiles mark my words... you wait and see.

So what did Carol say oh yeah... its all a lie.

This was around the time of the water fuel guy who got bumped off. I remember that story too.
