Where would the world be today if everyone throughout time were conservative? Men like Thomas Edison, Benjamin Franklin, and Leonardo Da Vinci, just to name a few. If not for "liberals", mankind would still be living in the stone age.


Consevatives use the term "liberal" as an insult, as if it's a bad thing to be a liberal.

Well if by definition I am considered to be a liberal, then I thank you. I'm damn proud to be one!!! I'd rather be a progressive, free thinking, open minded and tolerant person, than be a conservative.

There's nothing wrong with the words Liberal,Republican,Democrat,Conservative etc after all they're just words. The problem is politicians aren't always that honest, you wont get a authoritarian or totalitarian party will you
