I also think that using that definition, EVERYONE can be considered part of a cult, and perhaps in some cases, many different cults. It's just with all the "cults" that have been on the news, it has developed into a negative word that I don't personally want to be associated with.

I guess because they don't see themselves as putzes while it is blatantly obvious to most that they most definitely are.

I guess the putzes amongst us will always be putzes even though enough people have hinted to them
