not an entirely objective analysis IMO.

for starters the watered down health care bill is not on the brink of passing and "promises" made in the pork laden stimulus bill do not represent actual action.

obama seems to think that if only everyone agreed with him and followed quietly he could be the greatest leader ever. he obviously never anticipated that many would object to his ideas and plans to remake significant portions of the way americans live. so he blames anyone who does not fall in line for his failures and does not even realize that sort of action is sure to create even more resistance.

policy aside, this is his greatest failure - the fact that he can't or won't work with opposition unless they submit to his agenda. the dude acts like he believes he should have absolute power. people see that and their response is even more resistance. it's just starting to get interesting....

So one dimensional of you......a shame, really!

I'm not saying USA owes anything to Africa. But Obama made a pledge, promised to increase aid to the poor countries. He was under no obligation to make that promise, probably won him a few votes. He's broken promise after promise. Google Obama+Africa+(broken) promises. When a catastrophe occurs (Haiti)you all reach send a few dollars and salve your conscience. OK even Bazza can't stop an eartquake(even though some here think he probably can) but if he kept the promises- that he didn't need to make- can't blame Bush for; maybe more tragedies would be averted.
