I just finished a legal seminar on the 2nd Amendment and wow .. is all I gott'a say.

Well I lied I have this to say ..no whee in the amendment does it say the right to own powder and ball something that was controlled by the states. Though the courts allow you to won a gun they never ruled on a loaded gun or if the city, county, state or federal government will allow you to own powder and ball.
