Back in Feb 2009 O'mazing O' BAMA promised he would “cut the deficit in half by the end of my first term.” Now, worried about his chances to hoodwink libs and independents into giving him another four-year license to steal from the taxpayers he is asking Congress for another $1.2T so he can buy the votes he thinks he needs. I am concerned there are not enough testicles in Congress to tell BHO to "piss up a rope."
