A few questions

So, I'm considering depositing money onto this site and taking advantage of the 40% RB and promotions, but have a few questions before I do so.

1. I'm plan on playing cash games, starting at the 5nl. How is the traffic between 2nl and 10nl on this site?

2. Does tracking software such as Poker Tracker or Hold 'Em Manager work on this site?

3. Are there any difficulties when it comes to cashing out? How long does a cash-out take?
