Did LP pocket money when site went down??? (please read/ help)

OKAY, so please read this.....

as many of you know LP went down on Monday night.

I was in 2 tourneys that evening... I played JJ's palace of pleasure for $1.65 and I was eliminated.... but the tourney was still active.

I was also in VFP game for $4.40 and was still active when the site went down...

HERE'S the problem....

I went to see if my buy in was refunded, I was refunded the $4.40 but not the $1.65, if I wasn't refunded the 1.65 because I was eliminated I am okay with that. But then why would I only be refunded 4.40 for the other game I was in when other people have been eliminated from the tourney? Because that means that those eliminated players were not refunded because I wasn't refunded in JJ's game. The prize pool was not split, and only the remaining players were paid back.

You see... I'm saying if the prize was for example $40.00 (10 players), and 4 were eliminated then that leaves 6 players with a 40.00 prize pool, those 6 players were refunded their buy ins totaling $24.00 (not excluding rake), but those who were eliminated were not. What happened to their money, in this case the $14.00 since it wasn't divided among the 6 remaining players, nor returned to the eliminated players??

Serious question here, I'm not trying to start a conspiracy, maybe its an honest mistake, either way I expect a refund of 1.65 or pro-rated amount back from the other tourney.

convoluded bunch of nonsense. Palace of Pleasure played out. Nothing sinister. A fair question is why it played out and wasn't cancelled, but your title alone is pretty insulting and soooo typical of your bullshit

JJS PALACE OF PLEASURE FINISHED AFTER THE BLACKOUT... NOT BEFORE, AFTER!!!!!!!!! WHICH MEANS IT WAS CANCELED, WINJSTAR MADE A POST IN CHAT BOX, ALL GAMES CANCELED, REFUNDS ARE COMING.

YOU CANT EXPECT ME TO WAIT 1-2 HOURS FOR LP TO COME BACK ONLINE ESPECIALLY AFTER THAT WAS POSTED BY THE OWNER!

i waited.... for at least 45 minutes for LP to come back online.... they did not have an estimate of when the games were supposed to come back, so what am i supposed to do wait around for possibly 5 hours.

Good questions. The only 4 games I personally took responsibility for were the 3 team play games and the VFP 440 game. I asked the supervisors to credit the buy ins and make sure the prizes distributed were reimbursed. These were private forum games, so I took it upon myself to handle these personally and rapidly. I wasn't even aware of the PoP game until the next day at which time I contacted Judy who was also knocked out and had no idea if the game was effected during the outage.

Palace of Pleasure played out and it if any players remaining in the game felt it was unfair, they contacted support. I am not sure as to if the players were sitting or not.

As with any games (network or private) taking place during the time of the outage, a player should contact support for a refund of the buy in. If the cancellation policy went into effect, then the remaining players had the funds distributed based on chip counts. If you were knocked out prior to the outage and prizes were distributed, then you would not be eligible for a refund. If you were still playing and did not receive compensation, then please contact support if you have not already.

Again, I posted clearly in the forums that evening I was taking care of all refunds regarding the Team Play games and the VFP. As promised all settlements occurred within a coupe of hours.

If you were in any other games and were effected, then naturally you should always contact support.

Lol, Widebutt, I crashed the site for an hour during the middle of team (which I was leading btw

) and a 300 person ladies freeroll in an elaborate scheme to grab that $14 bucks!

Regarding the Palace of Pleasure game it was not cancelled and it paid out the top 4 spots for the entire amount of prizepool.

I thought you were knocked out, why were you waiting around at all?

it must be discouraging for you to ask a simple question in the forum you are a member of while having none other than a mod talk trash to you, but that seems to be his theme from what i have seen.

your question is a fair one and something that could be addressed by talking to live chat, or emailing support. i dont think your thread title was a good choice though, you could have worded it differently.

fortunately for you winjstar came to the rescue.

it paid out after the blackout! look i dont know what happened, i want my 1.65 back, and anyone else that lost their money in a canceled game should get their money back too!
