1st REAL Cash Session @ Luvin Tables ( Details and Hand Analysis)

I decided to give my 1st serious go @ the Luvin Tables Today. I found a .50/1$ Game running that had 2 players in it sitting on approx 140$ each. I decided to buy in for 85$.
I did this because buying in a bit short will induce more action @ these blind levels. even though I am 80+ BB's deep the online players seem to not treat bets like one would when tossing actual chips in a pot in a live game. Its a great thing for players like myself!

I am a fan of proof is better than words so I wanted to break down a few hands played in this session. The session lsted approx 35 minutes since I was playing from my office and had other things going as well as my son to look after. I usually like to play at nite time when he is sleeping or when he is playing video games, watching a movie, etc.

To start, I observed these players for 5 minutes before joining the action. I quickly learned that these players I would define their style of play as "Loose Maniacs". As they were 3, 4 and 5 betting pre ( likley the just watched an isildur1 youtube clip). I sit down and go with the play premium style as described in my blog on cash game tips.

Here are the hands that had merit to post:
    .
( On this hand i had rolled my stack just a tad to 90.00, being dealt the preflop third nuts i felt very comfortable about getting my chips in pre in a 3 handed game) I constitute the larger than norm 3 bet due to the style of play from these guys..the rest is history)

On this hand this guy "spikey" was the worse player at the table, he raised almost evry hand and had marginal hands while doing so..mbe a case of more $ than brains... I did make a very thin call because I figured him for ace rag and at most Ace paint.. i'll take that race anyday witha PP in a cash game. here is how it played out:

Well done !! It can very profitable playing with these asstrouts problem is with ubber aggressive players the suck outs are inevitable Have a couple in one session and

Its a tough call as I've said before I don't play much cash but in tourny's I would much rather go against a solid player. At least I can put him on a hand. Some of these wild ones could catch on a crazy 2 9 7 os flop. They call a 4x BB raise because they like 7 2 Your AA is dead but how would you ever know?

For example I will not give name to protect the player and there style. This person will very rarely every raise with a premium hand. If they do raise it's almost always with a sub standard hand
7 9 os or something like that. There playing style made me insane I could never put them on a hand made me Then I figured it out but I took quite a few beatings first.

I use the note feature alot on this site. It works for me. More for our regular players than in the site wide MTT's. It also has some entertainment value for me every now and then I'll look at my notes and it will say something like "lucky fucker" not sure if that note is actually going to help my game but it gives me a chuckle.

Keep up the good work and may Luvin Poker God shine his good fortune apon you !
