LPP Appreciation Tournament
Friday, February 18th at 10 pm EST
3000 starting chips and 15 minute blinds.
$5.50 total buy-in with $100 in added prize money.
To ensure maximum participation, this event will be held on Friday evening following the last week of team play. We hope this will allow all of our overseas players to be included as well.
The Fine Print
After much deliberation and discussion we have opted to have a player appreciation game in lieu of the Tournament of Champions for 2010. With almost 80 player invites we hope this will be a tremendous turnout and prize pool. Qualification is simple - the top players in LP as determined by Player of the Year Points, the top 10 players of TOC 2009, WHL, Team Play and Special Event Winners.
This game will cost a $5.50 entry fee and is not a bracelet event, however we will be awarding points for Player of the Year. We collected $94.50 in TOC funds from special events last year. We will donate $5.50 to make it an even $100 added to the prize money. The $100 will be divided up amongst the top 10 players awarding them each $10 in addition to what we are sure will be a large prize pool.
Payouts will be standard and distributed after the tournament by Luvin Poker. The $10 to the top ten will be sent via player to player transfer following the game by Harsea21. Passwords will be sent via pm to all invitees once registration is open.
