SWIZZIE the one penny auction is serious the biggest rip off ever.. Don't do it ..you buy these damn bids 150 bids for 75.00 and you just can't win. it is a waste of money and time , trust me on that one ..Did it and raised so much hell they refunded half my money. Rip off !

Gotta agree and it is quite a money maker for the organizers. They reel peeps in with adds saying you can get an iPad for $20.

there is another site that does that...it took me a while to figure out what the hell they were doing, I read the fine print. I damn near signed up for it.

I use Ebay, Overstock auctions, Liquidation, and in the past a few others... I cant bring myself to pay upfront for an online auction that I havent won.
I find the best deals on E-bay.. the key is to find the item your looking for in the wrong category, or spelled wrong.. or both.. and then wait till the last seconds to bid...
overstock is a good site, but hard to find what you want.
Liquidation is more for buying in bulk.. but you can find some good deals on occasion
