I am SO impressed with LP support so I need to share!! I have never had a situation end badly when dealing with them. If you knew how bad my relationship was with pokerroom support, you would then understand better what it means for me to actually like a support team. lol I was banned from the pokerroom forum and the site for posting about how the site functions, and there support team. lol At pokerroom, supports answer to EVERY problem was blame the players system!!
Shit happens and a $20 hu game of mine locked up and would not play. I contacted support and IMMEDIATELY received a refundProblem solved right? Well not exactly because that caused a glitch in my account. When I would log on that locked up table I was not signed up on anymore would try to load. It would go away and I could still play so who cares right? Waggie tried to tell me that, and I will admit I am overly anal about my poker. I want EVERYTHING to be perfect. Well LP support along with Jen, the greatest manager ever ( so vote for her!! ) went that extra mile and were finally able to remove the glitch. Tyvm to Jen and LP support for not giving up on the problem.
When black Friday hit I thought the world was over!! I played on LP but filled in the gaps on ftp. After the ban I tried a few other sites but I always ended back playing on LP!! That says a lot for LP since I am VERY picky about where I play. My ending up wanting to play ONLY here shows LP is the BEST site to play on!! I have been doing well here also. I also honestly believe the odds were skewed on ftp. I know that is a big claim to make without all the date. Although bluffman DID produce a TON of data way back showing they were. Sure I get bent over at times on LP but that's poker. In the end I see the odds work out as I believe they should.
In a blog someone made, I took a few low shots at the Everleaf leaderboard. I over exaggerated the point I was trying to make, saying someone could win the leaderboard playing only .01 games. That is NOT true cuz no guarantees are .01 games. I more meant they could win or easily cash playing .10 to $1 guarantees and nothing higher. I still believe that to be true because look at the players toward the top and rarely see them in the $5 - $10 and $20 guarantees. I think it is VERY generous Everleaf and LP throwing $500 or more into those leaderboards. It just rubs me the wrong the way how are scored. Most of the lp veterans KNOW how I am about the scoring considering we use the scoring method I made for team. We had the hugest battle ever over the scoring. But it worked out well didn't it? Jen had mentioned a idea of splitting the main leaderboard for smaller guarantees and higher buyin ones. If the scoring can't be changed I think that is a GREAT idea. Hopefully someday they will have time to implement that. I apologize for my cheap shots at the leaderboard in that blog because I truly do love playing lp. I will be playing ALL day!!![]()
