    Thank you for your email.

We require documents for verification of the account from all members who deposit with a credit card. Please send us the required documents even if you use another cashout method.

If you want to initiate a cashout via Western Union, please send us the email with the confirmation of the amount you wish to withdraw. As soon as we verify the documents, the cashout can be processed without any obstacles.

Standard, but once you've verified you'll have no problem at all withdrawing via WU. I sent a pic of my Drivers license and the front and back of the CC I used for my initial deposit, and all was good. Take a picture with your phone, ez. And include how much you want withdrawn in the same e-mail you send the docs, they'll get right on it.

You may want to e-mail support and ask specifically what docs they want, but this was my experience

Apologies for any inconvenience. Any players who have deposited or attempted deposit using a credit card are required to show this prior to cash out. The system does not distinguish if you earned your winnings you are cashing out via the WU deposit or the credit card deposit.
