    Sitters

Got to like the way Luvin handles sitters - ie. a sitter can not win a pot when forced to go all-in when blinded out, and the blinds (when sitting out) fold even when someone limps.
Playing at a different site in a tourney, a sitter cost me a seat on the final table when he won a pot against a limper and my small blind call (2 vs 1 to knock him out). IMO he should not be allowed to continue when blinded out - if sitting out the entire tournament. He actually did this twice, forcing the others to play play two more rounds of blinds. If he was eliminated I would have made the final table.
And to top it off, he finished 9th out of ten players, at which point he received many GG's in the chat - LMFAO.
I remember a couple of other times at another site a player sitting out in the BB suddenly appeared (not in this tourney) after I raised hoping to steal the blinds. To me, a player sitting out at the beginning of a hand should be folded.
They don't allow this in live tourneys, so why do on-line sites allow it???

Am I misunderstanding something here? Sitters win all the time on Luvin. It's actually kinda of a standing joke among some of us.

I do agree that their hand should be just folded on their all in hand. Other sites I've played on have had this feature and I thought it was a good one. Not sure there is anyone on this forum that can do anything about it though.
You don't always need cards, just courage.

yeah in tournaments, sitters usually win three times before busting out. The only site I've played on where their hand is folded is pstars, and I do believe that is the way it should be

and not only do they win hands, but they often triple and quadruple up, because they get multiple callers. I wish people would not bother adding to the main pot with hands that aren't likely to win, just to chip up the sitter.

I think it's variable depending on the tournament.

I've been in tournies where a sitter's BB is automatically folded. Other tournies, it's played as an auto-check.

Maybe I was so excited when I was put on a table where everyone else was sitting out and all I could do was take their blinds, that maybe I thought the same thing would happen when they blinded out. (unfortunately I didn't get to find out because I was moved after collecting about $2,000).
But Pstars is the site where a player in the big blind was able to come in after action had taken place (ie. my raise). I sent an e-mail to them and they replied that a player (aka - sitter) can come in at any time.

Sure they can come back in, but they won't get cards during that hand, and if they have missed the blind, they will need to wait for the BB or pay the BB/SB into the pot to be dealt in

unless it's a tourney, in which case the sitter has been paying his blinds and gets dealt in on the next hand

Sorry - I should be more specific.
This player was sitting out in the big blind, I raised to steal his blind, and then he showed up, called my raise, and went on to win the pot.
