Cash Outs

Hey everyone. I am pleased to assure you that ELG has informed me that they are doing everything they can to continue providing service to our US customers. Luvin Poker as part of Everleaf Gaming is monitored, licensed and regulated by the Lotteries and Gaming Authorites in Malta. US funds are held in segregated accounts which provides us the peace of minds our funds are safe.

That being said, bank wires which require a $200 minimum cash out have been down for over a month making it difficult to cash out into your bank account anymore. To be honest, I dont think many of you use this method, so I never posted about it. 90% of LP players utilize Western Union, Pic Club and trades. Of course our friends overseas still should have no difficulty cashing out.

As a result of wires being down and the holidays, Western Union cash outs have become back logged and are running in some cases up to 2 weeks to cash out. Its hit or miss, sometimes its is the usual 2 days, but recently I have heard longer.

This is more of an FYI, I will keep you apprised of the situation. Again your funds are 100% secure. I am just letting you know that Western Union cash outs have become delayed.

I am told Pic Club is running 30 days to receive a check, but it is an excellent back up plan. By verifying your info with them and becoming validated, you can make a $25 deposit and that will entitle you to a cash out.

Let me be clear - Western Union is up and running. It is fine for deposits, but cash outs are running slower than usual due to losing our wire ability. ELG is doing everything they can to find a new processor for wires.

This is the same issue that the other networks who currently accept US players are facing. The joys of online gaming in this day and age.

I would also like to add that although this is a severe pain in the ass to do hoop jumping, it warms my heart as to what a terrific community we have and how everyone is trading with one another. (*please make sure you know the person you are trading or accept funds first before transferring). I am also grateful every day that LP is with a network fighting to stay open to our players.

Maybe people that are cashing out can post the time it takes in this thread so others have some idea of how long it is currently taking.

Pic withdrawals work rather nicely btw. I order up the money orders for a minimal $10 fee. The first class postage they use to send ya the money order is $7, so they are barely making anything. Yes you need to go along with there verification procedures, but it is very easy imo if you have a scanner. They are protecting MY interests with these verifications imo. It says withdrawals take up to a month but they are usually in your mailbox within a week or two at the latest. Deposits are instant also btw. If your card is ever declined it is generally a bank issue them blocking a overseas purchase. Just call the bank to clarify the purchase and your good to go.

I really want to recommend to everyone to get verified with Pic Club. Make a $25 deposit. You have a waiting period after that to cash out, but it is a very simple way. I would love to say we will always have Western Union and no one has told me otherwise, but I always think having a back up plan is a smart idea. I Know so many of you have told me Pic Club is the way to go. Prior to the Western Union delay I would have disagreed. WU is still processing and I encourage using them,. PIC CLub offers a minimum of $25. You can deposit instantaneously and will have no difficulty cashing out.

PIC Club is not available in some States (including mine). I've always counted on WU, this makes me a bit nervous

You are fine with WU. It is delayed, but going. We are simply backed up because bank wires are down for the moment.

To be honest, I have always thought bank wires was not the way to go, but it was an option we provided that many used.

I don't anticipate trouble. I also try to discourage people from using wire transfers, seems like in this day and age it's just not a good idea

Yea,I've been waiting for 7 days for my WU cashout
