first of all you boil the chicken lol then after that you take the chicken out of the pot save the broth pour some back into pot then add the mole sauce into the pot on low heat stir in the broth and to thicken it (the sauce ) add some creamy peanut butter you have to stir to all the mole sauce is blended together then add the chicken breasts back into the pop covering each piece with the sauce reduce heat for about a hour low low heat now you dont want to burn the bottom of the pot

while thats slow cooking make the spanish rice have some tortillas flour is best cold glass of milk and eat away its last in my house 2 days then you wont make it again for long time lol
