This is good for using left over rice

~ INGREDIENTS~

rice
diced tomatos
garlic
olive oil/butter
salt/pepper
red onions
parsley
basil
cayenne pepper


Heat skillet the add olive oil and butter, let the butter melt then add the cooked rice, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper (to taste) heat for a few minutes then add onions basil and tomatoes, heat through then add parsley

This is kind of like a heated version of a traditional Italian rice salad. You can make a rice salad out of pretty much anything!
