~ Ingredients ~

Whole wheat pasta (any style you choose, I prefer penne)
shrimp, already peeled and all the icky stuff out
canned petite diced tomatos
olive oil
butter
salt/pepper
garlic
parsley
itallian salad dressing


Marinade the shrimp in itallian dressing and 1 clove chopped garlic, then cook in pan til shrimp turns pink, DO NOT OVER COOK
~remove the shrimp from the pan and add butter and olive oil to the pan, using low heat, add 4-5 cloves chopped garlic, let it cook for a minute then add the cooked/drained pasta, diced tomatos, parsley and then add the shrimp, add salt/pepper to taste and toss to get all the sauce covering the pasta, sprinkle with fresh parsley

very simple, 15 minute dinner
