Mexican Cockfight

Half can of College Inn Chicken Broth
1 oz. Tequila
Dash of Rose's Lime Juice

Shake well with ice and serve on the rocks.

This is one of the many astoundingly awesome drinks I invented while putting myself through college as a bartender. The real shame of it is that about half of the drinks were lost to history as the late 90's are still a little patchy for me.

Don't knock this drink until you've tried it! The saltiness of the broth absolutely pulls the whole drink together and it is probably the most apropos drink name humanly imaginable.

There's nothing really crazy about it since it's a classic set of flavors that are always put together: Chicken, tequila, and lime.

The only trial-and-error I really did was with the comparatively small size of the drink. Obviously, it's not something you'll want to drink all night, but it's really good as a small apertif.

I think I am going to have to try this one. I also think I am going to have to be slightly intoxicated before I give it a whirl. I wouldn't expect anything other than 100% completely original from you.
