Makes 1 martini

2 oz house-infused Pumpkin Pie Vodka (recipe follows)
1 oz amaretto
1 oz vanilla rum
whipped cream and cinnamon stick for garnish

Shake to mix and chill, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick.


Pumpkin Pie Vodka

1 can easy pumpkin pie mix
750 ml vodka

Combine pumpkin and vodka in a container and let sit for one week. Strain the vodka through cheesecloth two times and returm to the original bottle.
