It's like the sub-prime BS~ Criminal minds coming up with temptations to fleece the populace and because a sucker is born every minute....there are plenty of takers.

We live in such fiscally obscene times!

In today's world, why on Earth would someone want a credit card with a $300 limit on it to begin with?

No one has ever forced anyone in this country to take out a loan or get a credit card, some will disagree here, but tough shit on the person who takes out a sub-prime or applies for one of these cards.

I agree with you on the credit card, John, but the little guy didn't have a chance after those fuck's created the Theater of Greed.

Like any good theater production, they trained, rehearsed, worked on tone, rhythm and style to engage the audience. They
lied, entertained and seduced their prey into signing on the dotted line.

    No contest.

I also agree with you Lucas, on the fact the big boys went after the money. How that stage was set up goes back to Carter and Clinton, with the re-pukes looking the other way while it happened. All of a sudden people who had no business owning a home were in one, and many who could afford a home were buying way over their head, with the grand thought of making thousands on over inflated value or using equity to buy big boy toys, the whole thing is sad, but the greed runs from the top to the bottom. Way to many people in this country got wrapped up in keeping up with the neighbor, and the crooks, from the builders, mortage brokers, title companies, banks and political ass wipes were involved in the frenzy.

I simply have a hard time feeling a person who makes 75k a year was duped into buying a 750k house on an interest only loan, so IMO they are all at fault, top to bottom. Here is where I do feel bad, people lost their homes who should have never bought, and now they back to where they belong as far as income, but the vultures who provided the loans are walking around today with millions in their account, they should pay a price also, and that includes Barney Frank and others who made things possible.
