Twin planet?

If this planet has intelligent life, I wonder if they have the same bible as us? I was sort of thinking we should swing around back past the planet, and launch our story book down to them!!

I was reading up more on Kepler. It could be all ocean, all rock or both. I ended up in some pysics forum. I did NOT belong there but it was intersting reading their debates on physics. I understood only about half of what I read. lol The planet could even be gone by now if it blew up. We are viewing the planet as it was 600 years ago.

I saw a article, yes..its similar in position to its sun and mass as earth, they are guesstimating, and 600 light years away, so they are looking at it around 1400 AD time....but still interesting to know there are rocks like ours out there,

I think they have found dozens of jupiter like planets

We are like insects living under a rock, the Universe we know is what we can see and touch. We cant see and touch it very well yet.

Oh there's a chink of light coming from underneath the rock, I wonder what it is?

Imo our government knows FAR more about other planets and the universe than they let on. People in general can not handle too much info at once, and this type of information can disrupt religion as we know it.

Why would it disrupt religion? Pretty sure the Bible doesn't say God didn't make other planets. He could have thousands of them.... and why not? See which one survives given different scenarios, and see how many of those can still say at the end they still have faith.

I really don't want to get into this but will. The bible says he created 2 in his image. Put two cats in a room and keep feeding and giving them water.. Besides a smelly mess after awhile when you open the door you will find MANY deformed cats from inbreeding. As this continues more and more will be born deformed. I have saw this first hand in a barn. They will have NO genetic difference either. Humans have genetic difference which imo already disproves the ridiculous story of Adam and Eve from the bible. As I said before I will never say there is not a higher power. But if there is imo it is more of a energy that powers the universe and this energy cannot make conscience decisions regarding anything. I do not believe this possible energy is the God everyone believes in from the bible. As you know I think the bible is nonsense and proof of life elsewhere will discredit it. Although after all that happens people will try to change the bible so it makes sense. This is just my opinion of course. You can have the last post after this also. We have went round and round about this in a previous thread and I don't think it will get us any closer to agreeing, if we debate this again.

Im not sure where you got all of that from what I posted.

I simply said maybe God has other earths ...... however....we did have a discussion on this topic in another thread. I think Michele noted a verse in the Bible about this..... maybe it was her. I can't remember off the top of my head.
