    Three card trick

He'd fall for the 3 card trick' is an expression to describe a sucker. Don't see it so often now but often used to see them outside racecourses. Was watching one day and there was a group and they'd suckered one of them in. The mug got out about $100 and pointed to a card. The operator said 'Sorry pal $200 minimum bet'. I thought 'the fellow will walk'-his mates started pissing themselves laughing as he put his hand in his pocket. They'd summed him up- he bet- he knew he couldn't win, he knew he was being suckered but something compelled him to put his money down. Spose that's how Obama operates-people know they got conned but can't admit they got it wrong-they'd prefer to get it wrong again.

A gambler and con man, William "Canada Bill" Jones played along the Mississippi River in the mid-1800s. Supposedly, Jones had a squeaking voice, seemed to be somewhat of a klutz and came across as a bit of a clueless simpleton. But nothing was further from the truth. Canada Bill was a poker cheat and three-card monte hustler of legendary status who regularly fleeced unsuspecting opponents who had him pegged as a sucker.

His gambling winnings were routinely lost in rigged games operated by other con men and he eventually died penniless. When a friend once tried to warn him to stay away from a particular game he knew to be crooked, Canada Bill responded: "I know, but it's the only game in town."
Well, it used to be that the Democrats and Republicans were the "only game in town." Not anymore. The first party that realizes this and starts dealing an honest game is going to win.

yes..the tea party/ libertarians need to cleanse themselves of any members that are pushing religious and social agendas...other than the freedom to do whatever you want...

It is either them or socialism

I finally got brave and looked at Michele Bachmann and her hubby--lol

No offense to any gays for this next part, because they deserve the same respect as everyone

But I see Michele and hubby ending up in a freaky evangelistic road show...

She is out front preaching away....parents bring their recently outed wayward sons forward, she blesses them and sends them back behind the stage to tent where her husband waits..

The gospel music is loud, the crowd is cheeering.....and in just a few minutes the boy comes sprinting out and runs up to the nearest fat girl, tells her he loves her, and starts kissing her.

The boy tells her, " I will always be gay, but no way am I going to end up like that guy!!"

Amazing the media ignores this guy...I'm convinced both left and right media are as full of bull as lawyers and politicians.
