Election Results

How do you feel about the election results??

Pretty much what I expected, large gains in the House by the Republicans, significant gains but not enough for a majority in the Senate. I had hoped that Harry Reid would lose, but given the quality of his opponent it's not surprising that he won. A stronger candidate would have sent him off to retirement.

In any case the overall results were just about what I figured and I hope with a better balance between the two parties in Washington that they will work together better. I really, really hope the message regarding government spending/debt is received. Endlessly bloating the government payroll will sink the economy and our nation.

Haha, Nynus told me yesterday he was prepared to come out of posting retirement if Reid lost.

Why in your opinion do you consider Sharon Angle weak? Please entertain me for a moment im very curious.

Well i see that mr. Reid says "the parties must work together" where the fuck has this been the last 2 years? Thank goodness pelosi is on way out!!

too many of her views were too extreme for moderate voters.

Three days after Obama won, every Righty here began to denounce him. I couldn't believe the immaturity level. Two months later these same people wrote him off.

The evil Right decided it was a winning strategy. Play off of these poor sports and feed the fire of hate. They did it. The Supreme Court Fascist helped them with non disclosure of campaign donations and voila. Big money feeding the bs mill until dumbasses were convinced of one of 69 things Obama was guilty of.

It worked, but at a high cost to your nation.
